I am passionate about capturing family histories to help document their cultural legacies to pass down through the generations. Families are so dynamic with many rich perspectives from children to grandparents, extended family to the most intimate, immediate families. My own legacy consists of being a big sister, a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 3. My great-great grandparents began my legacy with photos they took after arriving as new immigrants in America. My great-grandma and grandma continued this tradition with generation and senior portraits. I grew up seeing the value of my family on our walls and knew I was valued too when my portrait joined theirs.
